Our Graduates Say

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who designed and facilitated this exceptional program, which far exceeded all my expectations.

Participating in this project has been a significant milestone in my personal and professional journey.

I highly recommend the Bevel ON capacity-building program to all displaced professionals seeking to refine their career strategies, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and join a powerful network of individuals ready to make a meaningful impact.

Lesia Ponomarenko

I am deeply grateful for Bevel ON's Capacity Building Program!

It provides displaced professionals like me with the tools, education, and emotional resilience needed to rebuild our lives and careers.

The program has not only inspired a fresh career direction but has also reignited my sense of hope and purpose. Bevel ON is more than a program — it's a source of empowerment and a supportive community that fosters personal growth.

Together, we are shaping brighter futures and creating lasting impact. Thank you for this incredible journey!

Svitlana Dekhtiar
CFO, Luzern, Cohort 4
Thank you for unforgettable and inspiring experience! What truly sets this program apart, though, is its power to inspire.

It gave me a renewed sense of purpose and hope when I felt like giving up, and that is simply invaluable.

I joined the program with a degree of scepticism, thinking there wasn’t much new it could teach me. But as the sessions unfolded, I discovered valuable insights that I could immediately apply to my career—such as preparation for interviews, effective networking techniques, and Project Management methodologies.

Iryna Nurzad
Legal Manager, Geneva, Cohort 5
I am grateful to Bevel ON team for providing me with the opportunity to go through the training program.

I quickly obtained a lot of valuable information and, more importantly, took a series of practical actions for adaptation and further work. It's enjoyable to work with professionals in their field as they know how to raise the bar to a high level that you aspire to reach.

Thanks to the acquired knowledge and diligent work, I know what to do next and what steps to take.

Denys Miasoiedov
Fireman, Vaud, Cohort 3

Thank you for giving the chance of being a part of this journey, it was very insightful and inspiring. I have increased level of productivity and efficiency.

The participants can build a network and gain from it. Thanks Bevel!

About Bevel ON Founder and Managing Director

Inna Malaia

In 2015, I arrived in Switzerland as a single mother from Ukraine, facing an unfamiliar culture and an uncertain career path. Determined to rebuild, I turned challenges into opportunities, founding Bevel World in 2020 and later Bevel ON to support displaced professionals and talents in transition.

When war uprooted thousands, I mobilised experts to create a lifeline—offering training, mentorship, and community to help others regain stability, financial independence, and a sense of belonging.

At Bevel ON, we believe migration is not an end, but a new beginning. With the right support, every challenge becomes a stepping stone to success.

Creating Opportunities for Better Future

We know that unexpected challenges can disrupt your career and personal growth—but you're never alone. Bevel ON helps you rebuild—with expert training, guidance, and a supportive community.

Our Mission

Bevel ON tackles social and economic inequalities caused by workforce displacement, climate change, and global instability.

We empower displaced professionals and talents in transition by fostering social and economic cohesion, shaping sustainable and equitable futures through upskilling, inclusive workplaces, and cross-sector partnerships.

Our goal

By 2030, Bevel ON will upskill and reintegrate into workplace 2,000 talented individuals across Switzerland, France, Germany, and the UK.

This initiative will establish a new benchmark for NGOs in tackling workforce displacement, fostering inclusion, and creating sustainable economic opportunities across Europe.
