You don’t need “more applications.” You need the right people to see you—and to say let’s talk.

This session is a practical, no-fluff deep dive into using LinkedIn as a job-search engine + conversation machine. We won’t cover platform basics; we’ll work on how to get in front of decision-makers and recruiters, and how to turn visibility into interviews.

We’ll build a target list (roles, companies, recruiters, warm connectors), then work through a simple weekly rhythm:

• Find the roles before they’re posted: track team moves, follow hiring managers, use boolean searches, and spot “buying signals” in posts.
• Surface to recruiters who already hire for your niche: reverse-search their placements, mirror the language of their briefs, and appear in their saved searches.
• Break into companies through people, not portals: identify alumni and 2nd-degree bridges, comment where they actually read, then DM without sounding salesy.

Bring: 1–2 roles you want, your LinkedIn URL (draft is fine), and 3–5 keywords you want to be found for.
