Hosted in collaboration with Michael Page and led by Andrea Collomb, HR Director, this session will explore how to stand out in interviews while remaining authentic, how to communicate with greater influence, manage stress during difficult conversations, and navigate challenging interview questions with more confidence and clarity. Participants will also gain insights into psychological strategies that can help improve everyday professional interactions and personal positioning in a highly competitive market. The session will conclude with an open Q&A with the Michael Page team, offering participants the opportunity to ask direct questions and better understand current hiring dynamics.
